In a benevolent show of magnanimity I am sending you the master link to the 1369 (& counting -9 months ago it was only 500) legally free to download MP3s from the EMI catalogue.

EMI made an outrageous claim that they had “never, not once ever,” again: NEVER allowed/authorized/sanctioned/were made aware of ANY free mp3s to be downloaded for promotional use or otherwise, in part of their $MM copyright infringement case against a college sophomore (shocker) for file sharing last year. Naturally upon hearing the gift of this highly implausible yet easily refuted perjurious plaintiff testimony, the defense immediately began compiling a list of all mp3 web-links explicitly authorized by the label that were available for free download since Al Gore first invented that nifty information superhighway. This is a work in progress, it was current a/o last night at 11:43 pm. For now this lovely lill database is available on-line as a giant middle finger from the defendants legal team’s unpaid research interns to EMI… and is being systematically sent out to those deemed kewl enough to recieve it, and I guess they think I am (they clearly dont know me too well). So after nine months of keeping to myself I am now doing my part for my fellow entertainment industry slaves, er, assts… please share and rawk the eff on!

You must’ve heard that EMI committed hari kari today on the stand making our illegal file-sharer an instant legend & folk hero in the torrent universe. I’m guessing today’s EMI SVP wants our side to win but only if this entire week our side’s interns average 1.5 – 2 hours sleep and eat pizza for dinner every night.
